Pacific Civil & Infrastructure (PCI) was formed in 2014 with the primary objective of performing heavy civil and infrastructure construction services throughout the Pacific Northwest.
With a relationship-based approach to contracting, PCI creates long-term business relationships with project Owners, Subcontractors and Suppliers. PCI recognizes a successful project is the end result of clear communication, aligned expectations, and a quality product.
PCI’s senior management offer a combined 200+ years of experience to include residential and commercial site work, complex industrial projects, large diameter water pipelines, water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, road/highway work, and underground utilities. This knowledgeable and experienced assemblage of personnel is supported by a talented group of managers and craft and administrative personnel.
PCI’s safety culture and policies are founded on a Zero Incident philosophy and behavior-based processes and procedures. Our Safety & Accident Prevention Plan was carefully crafted and implemented to provide all employees a clear foundation of health and safety protocols and practices to reflect this culture. Our Safety Personnel provide a wealth of knowledge, resources, and training to ensure our goal of Zero Incidents is achieved.
